There is an organization called SCORE in many cities  that is managed by Business people and is free to do but I always believe you want to be surrounded by people smarter than you and successful people will always spend time sitting down with you helping you in your business Anna could be different people for different parts of the business that you’re interested in getting expertise in example marketing or merchandising or technical parts. Mentors are key as long as their interest is to help you vs you helping them to do their tedious work for free.  In my business of real estate there are so many aspects that can make you successful so the last thing to ask a person or company is how much do I make or what is my commission break. The answer should be zero until you start to know how to do it. And any commissioned base business can hire a million people because it doesn’t cost them much to do so

Importantly having a real interest in doing the work vs just searching for a place to make money is the difference between a job and a career
