I'm Julie and I'm the owner and glamour and boudoir photographer behind Glamour Shoots with Julie. There are so many reasons why I love this genre so much, but the main reason is because I get to create art and change women's lives at the same time...

Here's what I believe..

I believe that an empowering photo session can reveal the truth about a woman who’s been brought down by the lies that she’s come to believe about herself. Little whispers telling her that’s she’s not beautiful, not worthy, and not brave, and that she shouldn’t be confident in herself. I believe in being that positive, resounding voice overpowering those whispers, helping women to love and value themselves as they are. I believe it’s important to reinforce the fact that beauty is how you see yourself, not how other people see you.

My business first got started as a family and senior portrait business called, Summer Mint Photography in 2015, but one day I had a DJ request sexy headshot photos and after her session I was hooked... I love working one on one with women and to see their confidence grow as I show them the beautiful images we captured together. Glamour Shoots with Julie was created to focus solely on making women, and especially moms to feel beautiful again after spending most of their time taking care of everyone else. Now it's their turn to enjoy the pampering and glamour guilt-free.
