What self-care practice do you have that you also encourage your clients to attend to?

I teach TRE (trauma & tension releasing exercises) technique. Beyond that, sitting with their back up against a tree with no technology in hands. Walking in nature, breath work, mindful meditation, Epson salt baths are all tools I recommend to bring homeostasis to the central nervous system.

Thanks Dawn feel free to connect. I love that I believe in mind-body-spirit connection. I do somatic and body work with my clients as well but not what you do :)
