COACHING:
I have several areas of speciality coaching:
Anxiety: Is anxiety fueling your life, stealing your rest and your health, or getting in the way of accomplishing your goals? Anxiety comes from many sources and people's experiences of it vary widely, but I have found that almost everyone can make a big difference in their lives in just 3 months! No need for endless therapy and no need to keep living with the constant agitation, pain, and disruption anxiety causes.
First Responders: I provide confidential coaching to help manage the stress that leads to unhelpful behaviors. The work of first responders is unlike any other: There is no way to avoid the stress that is part the life of people who work in public safety. There are effective tools and strategies you can develop that are available at any time once you learn a simple framework for understanding stress, anxiety, and trauma better. The coaching also covers information about different kinds of therapies and how to decide which is right for you when you want to look for that level of support.
Cancer Patient Mindset Support:
Going through cancer diagnosis and treatment will challenge you, disrupt your plans, and leave you questioning everything about life ... and maybe death.
Habits: I help people create and sustain the habits that will help them achieve what they want in life. Seemingly simple issues - from getting up in the morning, to your diet, to gaining a productive focus - are the underlying structure that help or hinder your life goals. Forget resolutions and torturing yourself. There are simple steps you can learn and actions you can take that will help you do things you have not been able to accomplish so far - and MAKE THEM STICK!
