Bookkeeping - You are responsible for recording the financial transactions. You may also provide payroll, do some administrative work. Handle day-to -day tasks tracking of financials. May produce monthly reports, P & L reports, providing clear and concise information for the accountants review.
Accounting(Accountant) is more subjective, responsible for interpreting, classifying, analyzing, reporting and summarizing the financial data. They review the whole picture , and advise accordingly. They are able to take the information from the bookkeeper and use the information to think strategically about the company's financial health and growth.
Supporting Strategies Staff are all vetted, and have four year degrees, along with at least 10 years of accounting/bookkeeping before we will hire. We are able to help our clients stay on track, we produce all financials needed up to an audit, we do not prepare any tax documents. We also help then become paperless, and increase the cash flow.
