Bridge of Hearts is a newly established home care and home health provider serving York, Adams, Lancaster, Dauphin and Cumberland counties! We provide non medical and medical skilled nursing care to individuals in their own home, community or apartment.
How We Got Started
We were founded by a nurse who has worked in the Homecare field for over 20 years who has a vision to change the way care is provided with qualified and friendly helpful staff. We provide ourselves on friendly patient care and service.
