Don't hire people that do not represent your core interests. I have consulted functional medicine practitioners for a long time. Hiring individuals that sit at your reception desk eating the latest oversized junk food, avoiding eye contact, and telling me that you are not interested in advanced studied scientific product/service I have to offer, does not reflect well on you.
