I help small business owners, consultants, and creators clarify their message, amplify their proof, and build systems that scale—operating from their highest frequency and excitement.
My ACT framework—Authority, Conversion, Traffic—combines strategy and storytelling to grow trust before traffic. Each archetype scales differently: local businesses through reputation, consultants through proof, and creators through community. I help them build economies of scale where words, workflows, and partnerships compound naturally.
Authority today means being the answer, not an answer. Through Hero Frequency Coaching, I guide clients to craft their Custom AI Instructions so every word, review, and process aligns with their essence. We pour the foundation before we install the windows—because clarity before code builds brands that last.

How We Got Started
Digital Cowboy began with a mission: to bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and real-world solutions for small businesses. Starting in 2012, I built my expertise in digital marketing, messaging, and automation, growing into roles like Digital Products Manager at Schurz Communications and Digital Strategist at USA Today.
The corporate world is optimized for control, not creativity. Small businesses—the ones with the deepest impact—were getting lost in the noise, stuck in outdated, overpriced and underutilized systems.
Then came the 🔥 AI REVOLUTION. When OpenAI launched ChatGPT in November 2022, I saw more than just a tool—I saw a shift in power. AI wasn’t about replacing human creativity, but amplifying it. It was a way to restore clarity, unlock momentum, and help brands build trust at scale.
Today, Digital Cowboy helps businesses step into clarity, influence, and expansion—without losing their authentic voice, their essence, or their frequency.

1. Claim and optimize Google Business Profile. It is the who, what, where, when, why, and how. Make sure you list ALL SERVICE areas. Not just where you are located.
2. Make sure your website reflects what your GBP says. This tells confirms for Google the answers above.

Very few have gone back. In my experience with most people, it is like learning a whole language.

When it doesn't work like Google does, people go back to what they know. Which is Google. I think this is funny because Google now has custom AI generative answers first, at least organically.

SEO is a form of traffic. It is also the most important and hardest to get.
While it is important, making the distinction between conversion and traffic is exceptionally important. Everyone sells traffic. EVERYONE.
I guess all I am saying is that there is a massive difference between conversion and SEO.

I use Covve. Scans card, mini CRM built-in, reminders for birthdays, etc.
Plus it comes with a built digital card that people can scan a QR code and grab all of your info.
