How We Got Started

Started as a traditional marketing company over 20 years ago that focused on helping non-profits to build their online databases to foster better relations and donations.

During Covid 19, we expanded our services to include ADA website compliance, today this has become a hot topic for businesses to be more inclusive and accessible whilst avoiding lawsuits and demand letters.

This happened to one of my clients, who was being threatened with an ADA lawsuit. Being a non-profit during Covid 19 with limited income, we supplied a solution that continues to protect them each day and gives them peace of mind they are compliant not only with ADA but with some additional requirements they were not aware of which was a requirement to be compliant and lawful.
Today we offer full service and protection to all businesses and non-profits.

It's about engagement, engage on a platform where your clients are, offer the benefits and value of the product/service. Bear in mind most don't want to be sold to but are willing to see how something can improve their lives, and potential clients are not looking for you so unless you are... Bear in mind most don't want to be sold to but are willing to see how something can improve their lives, and potential clients are not looking for you so unless you are directing them to a website or social media site for them to read. The conversions are going to be low unless the process is easy. Point and click, if I have to type your website it won't happen. If your offer is a free download or sells talk that is also a turnoff, I need to see why I needed your product yesterday. Meaning your marketing material and pitch needs to be right to engage the prospect to continue reading or watching. Video is a great way to promote.
