How We Got Started
This started as a personal journey to create a life worth living over 40 years ago. The path was initially hard to follow and along the way I discovered I have a talent for helping others move beyond their limiting beliefs and step into a life of deep satisfaction and joy.

Don't waste your time or money, work by word of mouth, give clients that Ah Ha! moment quickly.

Incorporate, here in CA a partnership gives you no recourse. It is time to call in a professional arbitrator or conflict manager to get this on the table and straightened out. Setting boundaries and neutrally facilitated meetings are a good place to start.

First I don’t sell customers purchase my services. When I have a genuine curiosity about their need and what it would be like if they got that need met then they can make a clear choice to use my services or look elsewhere.

Have your statement ready and practiced, what you do, who you do it for and what amazing results they get. Then, leave the self criticism at the door and jump in, and be yourself.

I would as suggested do this with at the least one more person in the room. The process I would use is known in The ManKind Project as "Accountability Process." It is done without shaming or blaming, with the intent of understanding and curiosity. Ask these questions, in this order and see...

What was the Agreement? (policy of conduct)
Did you keep the Agreement?
What did you choose to make more important?
What is the impact on you?
What is the impact this may have had on the other person (and the company)?
What is the story or belief about yourself that led to this behavior?
Is that true about you?
What is true about you?
What is one way you could choose to act differently in the future?
(On occasion here we ask for a SMART goal or Stretch, Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Reasonable and Time bound)

My take is if you are getting so many referrals that current clients are not getting extraordinary service they are accustomed to then you had better be growing in personnel and system capacity. If you just want more income then you have to ask yourself what price will I and my staff have to...

My take is if you are getting so many referrals that current clients are not getting extraordinary service they are accustomed to then you had better be growing in personnel and system capacity. If you just want more income then you have to ask yourself what price will I and my staff have to endure to do that, will it serve us? If as many here say you should always be growing or that you are either growing or dying, that is a belief based in fear and it is never good to base decisions on fear. I would ask, "What is your mission statement?" then, does expansion at this time fit that statement, or is it in conflict. Your values as a business cannot be sacrificed, this is where expanding businesses make it or don't.
