Our monthly commercial leases exceed $5000/month. A bit steep when income is down by 70%. So, we are selling off part of our $500,000 inventory as a second income stream. We now work every weekend at our Furniture and Design Center in addition to working staging/destaging during the week. We are keeping our heads above water but exhausting our retirement.
