i review the balance sheet every day. sometimes it doesn't quite balance, so i cut a little cardboard shim to level it off. Once it balances i nail it into place so it won't come unbalanced again. I like to go to the local mall where I watch for someone engrossed in their phone, not really paying attention to the surroundings, and then I throw a net over them and haul them back to the office. I suppose the first question would be why you feel like you want to show each business as owned by the LLC. What are you trying to achieve by that? Next would be what risks do you think you need to protect against that would put one company in jeopardy if something happened to the other...
