What have you learned from previous failed ventures, and how have you applied what you learned from failure to get you closer to success?

I've learned that being intentional about who you collaborate with—and how—ensures alignment, mutual investment, and long-term success while minimizing headaches, heartaches, and resource drain down the line.
Being strategic with partnerships is essential. While anyone can be an ally, not everyone is meant to be a partner. Creating—and continuously refining—my partnership strategy has helped me stay focused on my goals while ensuring my partners align with my purpose and contribute to my success—just as I invest in theirs. This approach has allowed me to maximize opportunities and expand my pipeline effectively, without becoming overly taxed.
