One day I got offered an opportunity to help a young man start a landscaping company. While he had no experience, no knowledge on running a company much less starting one up, he had motivation and skill. He had drive, loved what he did and it showed. That was all I needed to get him going! 2 years later and he has a staff of 30, his own building which was a huge accomplishment for him, and his customer base keeps growing. Since then I have helped 3 more companies start up. I have also taken on a couple more companies handling whatever office needs they may need. I was able to quit my full time position and start my home office. It has been amazing to be able to spend more time with my fur babies and husband.
