Everything is always locked up  unless it's in use. Customers are getting e-sign documents from the lender so that they also have control. No more sending things thru "snail mail". Customers are meeting in person when they feel uncomfortable using the computer for scanning documents. At the office, everything is in locked file cabinets and behind locked doors.
