Communication is #1.  I LOVE to work with Assured Settlement Solutions. If something shows up on title, they let me know & they immediately start working to solve any issues before they become issues. Something as simple as "answering the phone", which I've found that most title companies don't do. It's like others are afraid you may ask them something.  Assured always has someone that answers the phone no matter how many closing they have. You never have to go into a voice mail messaging system and wait for someone to call you back. Their work is accurate and on time. LOVE them !!
