I have been writing a book and when it is done, I will be able to to show businesses how I can save them at least $10,000 in less than an hour of their time!

I get a lot of scammers calling my business line, and I like wasting their time as they want to waste mine. Usually I get tire kickers, the ones who ask "What do You charge for....." I let them know and the call looking for the lowest price. I am not the lowest price!

With the onset of online tax returns my business has dropped substantially, so now I plan to redirect my focus and adding on other income streams.

If you are a small business and can do your accounting on Excel then do not spend the money. Think ahead, payroll, 1099-misc, 4562, business deductions. Think, to do not get the shinny object syndrome! What works for one may not work for another. Anyone who comes into my office and says they use Quick Books, I ask, did you take a class in QB? If they say no, I tell them find another accountant, because they cannot pay me enough to fix their mistakes in accounting.

I have no idea why people are still talking about this. Why people are getting less, when there are tax cuts. I am what sounds like the only one waving the tax cut flag and giving people large refunds?

My ideal customer is a conscientious client that want tax expertise that does not come from Artificial Intelligence. The client would want to have tax planning to see what is changing and be able to adapt before he is forced into something. My clients stay with me for decades!

There are pro's and cons for each consideration. Beyond a sole prop and LLC, and if you are making mucho dinero, you may want to look at that S Corp, but quite frankly I do not have enough information to give you a reasonable answer.
