Pricing includes all jamb materials, thresholds, weather seals and hardware. All weather seals are storm proof, sealing all outer edges and between all doors with a patented interlocking double seal. Children's fingers are safe even if closed with this patented seal design. Lifetime warranty on Rollers and Hinges, 20 Year Limited Warranty on Glass, and 10 Year Limited Warranty on all Frames. Thermally broken system is extra high performance polymer thermal barrier for extreme weather conditions.

We sell products so it’s totally different, but I work with contractors and builders all time. In fact, we refer install work for customers interested in our doors to contractors and the biggest complaint is that the customer was only interested in getting measurements or one I also hear a lot is... (more) We sell products so it’s totally different, but I work with contractors and builders all time. In fact, we refer install work for customers interested in our doors to contractors and the biggest complaint is that the customer was only interested in getting measurements or one I also hear a lot is that the customer asks the contractor for a more inexpensive option. As a result, I’ve personally taken more time to “vet” the seriousness of the customer. One of contractors has taken the position of taking a $300 “deposit” for his time with the understanding that they will credit it towards the install if it should go forward. I’m am not honestly not sure what the right approach is. In our business, we are busier than we have ever been with homeowners remodeling or adding ADUs due to COVID and working at home. Most of the installers we work with are often booked 6 months out. I can also see the invaluable information a client can get from a builder or developer and just to shop prices. Not sure but I really hope things turn out good for those businesses struggling. At the very least, I try to do my part by shopping local and small businesses, even if it’s slightly more expensive than box chains, let’s all help one another. Best.

That’s a conundrum. I travel often on business and stay at hotels regularly. As a guest, being able to secure a late check out can be invaluable. If I travel to that same area again, I will go out of my way to choose that same hotel irregardless of whether I need to utilize it again. I am loyal... (more) That’s a conundrum. I travel often on business and stay at hotels regularly. As a guest, being able to secure a late check out can be invaluable. If I travel to that same area again, I will go out of my way to choose that same hotel irregardless of whether I need to utilize it again. I am loyal to those that are loyal to me. That being said, as a business person, I realize that incoming guests expect to be able to check in by 3pm. I sure would and therefore extending check outs could impose upon incoming guests and their experience. Having clear rules I believe is key. At one of the hotels in Vegas, I recall that you must call the front desk after 9pm the night prior to check out to secure a late check out and is available only on a first come first serve basis. I think that’s more than fair. I would expect a grace period if I stayed up to 30 minutes, but wouldn’t argue if I stayed past. It’s a contract like any other.
