And extra ordinary offers or deals are not sustainable long term. What I do now is strive to secure our customers and have them return to our business based on the service and experience we provide when they visit our studio. For the most part this has worked well for us.  The majority of our YELP and Facebook reviews refer to the positive experience they had at our studio and the excellent customer service.  Those customers from the early days that I gave a great deal never left reviews or for the most part returned to the studio.

Also, they are very good about being flexible should I need them during the month.
