The Computer Shrinks Corporation (TCS) was founded in 2001. Its mission is to provide easy and affordable computer services to undeserved business and home clients so they can realize full value from their expensive computer investments. Our founding principle, still followed today, is that of value: producing excellent results at an affordable price.

The need for broad-based, on-site computer repair, upgrade and installation is clear. The jumble of hardware, networks, software, versions, and peripherals plus malware, viruses, spyware, and scams - all in an environment which changes daily - can be intimidating for even the expert user.

TCS can handle your computer issues reasonably because it is different in several significant ways. First, our technical associates are very experienced in a broad range of computer technologies, and understand the business framework of which computers are a part. We’re not just fixing or upgrading a machine, but explaining options based on your present and future use of the system, so you can make better decisions. Second, we speak English, not Geekspeak. Our objective is to communicate with you, not to impress you. Third, we can maintain relatively low rates, work on-site, and have chosen not to charge for travel. This addresses a major problem of our Clients. High rates and inconvenience has kept people from properly servicing their computer systems, keeping them in “low-computer-performance prison”. Specifically, we control our rates by using a network of part-time, non-salaried expert associates; avoiding store-front expenses; having no franchise fees that always get passed on to the consumer; and finally, TCS has no commission deals with minimum quotas from 3rd party manufacturers that would compromise our recommendations and ultimately raise your costs. I say we all vote NO!  Here are a couple of reasons:  The Government controls enough and when they get involved costs double, service goes down and corruption is in full force.  Just look  at the welfare system, education, the list goes on.  I know this is only in MA.  Second the costs have not... (more) I say we all vote NO!  Here are a couple of reasons:  The Government controls enough and when they get involved costs double, service goes down and corruption is in full force.  Just look  at the welfare system, education, the list goes on.  I know this is only in MA.  Second the costs have not been explained and the bill as written is piss poor.  Why immediately implement such a far sweeping bill?  Why not wait till 2019, figure out what the actual needs are for each hospital, health care facility.  Third this is management/labor issue, why is the government required to fix a labor/management issue. Let them figure it out.
