I despise their model. They get unqualified leads, charge you to get them, no promises of an estimate and generally serve same as Angies, Homeadvisor, Yellow pages, pony express, whatever else that doesn't promise any business. The other thing is they sell the same lead to your competitors and...

I despise their model. They get unqualified leads, charge you to get them, no promises of an estimate and generally serve same as Angies, Homeadvisor, Yellow pages, pony express, whatever else that doesn't promise any business. The other thing is they sell the same lead to your competitors and thus a race to the bottom.
We are soon rolling out a model similar to theirs but we actually get the job and have professionals (like many of you) do the work, not just send unqualified leads for you to do it all.
We lean on our reviews on each of those sites (we are top rated on Google, Angies, Yelp, Homeadvisor, etc.) and pay some of them a minimum to remain listed but our business comes from Google, referrals, repeat customers and kindness.
