CORE BODY FX
We are a private personal training facility specializing in fitness, health and nutrition. For over 20 years we have been helping countless individuals change their lives through proper exercise and nutrition. Core body FX specializes in a variety of fun, energetic and challenging boot camp group X classes. We also provide program specific one on one and partner personal training. Our trainers and group professionals are known for our safe and effective training that accomplish results. Our goal is to deliver strength building exercises, cardiovascular improvement, fine tune skills for specific sports, enhance flexibility, and deliver a killer cardio workouts for our clients. We have all new LifeFitness® & HammerStrength® equipment as well as treadmills and cardio machines. All of our trainers are certified and here to personally guide you on your journey to health and happiness.
