How We Got Started
I formed my real estate business 20+ years ago as an avenue to put all my caretaker skills to good use as I assisted people through a new chapter in their lives. My passion for my business is to educate people to be able to make the most informed decisions on possibly the most important investment of their lives. I have become the trusted advisor for generations of families through the years. Being named the Small Business of the year for 2018 and 2021.

If there are any concerns regarding items relating to home inspection it also goes back to the way the contract is written. If a professional is required to determine the extent of the problem in question, then that is the professional that needs to take a look. Is this roof not functioning?, evidence of leaking? I see it has been patched, but what is the intension? That is determined by what the professionals say....

The question you need to ask yourself is "why" What is your why your selling anybody anything. You should never be "selling" anything you don't believe in or are passionate about. When you know your why, the rest will follow....
Well that certainly is torture!! I am a landlord as well, and an agent. I would never let rent go unpaid for more than 5 days! Tenants have until the 5th to pay rent. If I don't have it or a reason for an agreed extension, I am serving a 5 day notice to pay or vacate, period! I have had to...

If I don't have it or a reason for an agreed extension, I am serving a 5 day notice to pay or vacate, period! I have had to go to court more than 1 time....it costs money and you never know if you will get it. If you go to court you then have the right to garnish wages....don't let your good deeds go unturned! In your situation, if you have people renting rooms, I would suggest weekly payments...You went above and beyond what any landlord would do, but just remember that part was your choice.

I would never recommend anyone try to do a transaction with buyer and seller without the assistance of one or the other. The biggest difference between the 2 entities is the attorney can draw up the contract to keep everything legal and binding. However, the attorney will not be knowledgeable...

The biggest difference between the 2 entities is the attorney can draw up the contract to keep everything legal and binding. However, the attorney will not be knowledgeable of the market to be able to negotiate on your behalf in your best interest or determine what a market price would be.
I plan on spending the most money giving back to the communities I serve. I have been blessed with some wonderful opportunities and I want to pay it forward.
