So interesting to hear everyone's thoughts on the importance of a web presence. As the owner of a company that designs logos and websites for small businesses, I can't imagine any serious business not having a website. Like many have said, when they are searching for services and the company has no website, most customers will move onto the competition due to a lack of trust. A small business needs to use several tools for obtaining new customers: website, social media marketing, search engine marketing, email marketing, local face-to-face networking, and print advertising. All of these pieces work together to promote and advertise a small business.
