Senior Leader bespoke career coaching - that's not for everyone

We started this journey in 2003 when I was laid off - after 16 years - from a job I loved with a company I also loved. I hadn't had to look for a job since 1984 before that and didn't realize just how much the landscape had changed in the intervening years. Sound familiar?

I had to learn how to find my next job through 15 years of volunteering to help out-of-work people. The major issue was, we only had about a half-hour with each client, and many of them needed more time.

Given that, I wrote a book about job search process, and subsequently self-published it in 2019. Finally, my wife and I started the company in June of that year.
