Actually, people are becoming quite creative. Some Permit Inspections can be completed via Skype - not all. Some Vendors are allowing local products to be picked up curbside. I have also received a few phone calls from vendors asking how they can help us. People are wanting to keep the economy moving - safely. Small business is the backbone. Safety is always key for our Team and for our Client.
Great job and great points - it's that continual soft touch. Now, it's often virtual vs physically walking thru the door. Times change but, Customer Service doesn't. Stay Safe!
