Carpet cleaning processes should be based on what the manufacturer recommends, to remove the most soil. Most manufactures recommend hot water extraction because of the ability to remove the most soil. Using additional steps or processes such as vacuuming, pre-treating and pre-scrubbing with approved solutions will increase the percentages of soil removal when properly implemented.Companies should use trained and certified technicians whenever possible. By using certified cleaners and the appropriate cleaning processes and solutions, you can provide a proper program that will save the end users money by extending the life and appearance of the carpet while providing a cleaner and healthier indoor environment.
