The Villages at Crest Mountain is a eco-friendly and green emphasized community in a beautiful gated neighborhood. This property was the former Ben Lippen School and features both former ball fields, as well as mountain scapes. We have renovated the school buildings into event venues and we have hundreds of events on top of the mountain each year. From our property you can look down on the City of Asheville, the Biltmore House and much more.
