We are one of Ashland's finest culinary treasures. We are purveyors of Gourmet Provisions and Fine Kitchenware. Find French Table Clothes, Copperware, balsamic vinegar, truffle oil, truffle salt, Japanese knives, bitters, cast iron, Italian specialties and more. Our selection of kitchen gadgets include: spiralizers, food mills, whisks, spatulas, paella pans, teak bowls, laguioile cutlery and more. We are a food lover's paradise in Downtown Ashland, Oregon.

Established in 2016.

The Culinarium first opened in Ashland on Sept. 3rd of 2016. Formerly the Jacksonville Mercantile, owner's Constance and David Jesser relocated and have expanded their inventory to include the finest in Kitchenware and Gourmet essentials.
