William's PC Repair originally began at another company in the year of 2017. The experience and skills learnt there was brought over to this company. Our sole technician decided to move potential clientele from a previous company to this one and carry out any new PC repair work for any customer who wants a fair price and work carried out properly.

William's PC Repair was contacted by a hatchery equipment support specialist with an old laptop which the customer stored all his work files and software on but with a corrupted hard drive. The customer wanted William's PC Repair to access his hard drive and obtain his much needed software and files. At the time it was the first time William's PC Repair had ever done data recovery but due to William's PC Repair being adaptable to its customers needs the company was able to access his much needed software and files. The customer was extremely happy even if the data recovery process in this situation took six days to complete. William's PC Repair also advised the customer on the best practices of backing up his files in the future. This included how to back up anything related to his work in the cloud and on other external storage devices like external hard drives and flash drives.
Further, with William's PC Repair having learnt how to do data recovery another customer came by who had an old laptop which had no working screen. This was not a problem though as William's PC Repair is able to access the data on a hard drive whether a computer has a screen which is view able or not. The customer stated she did not want the laptop to be rebuilt to factory condition
as it was just an old laptop she used for her college education.
Again William's PC Repair was able to access her old laptop and retrieve about 600 GB of data from the lap top hard drive. The data recovery process retrieved hundreds of pictures which the customer cared dearly about and she was very happy William's PC Repair was able to retrieve pictures she had not seen in about a decade for an affordable price.
