Our work primarily focuses on Medicare and Medicaid fraud (hospital and physician billing, kickbacks, hospice and SNF, off-label pharmaceutical marketing, pharmacies), government contractor fraud, grant fraud, customs fraud, and HUD fraud. We have also represented whistleblowers reporting under the NDAA, IRS, and SEC Whistleblower Statutes.

We worked together on False Claims Act cases at another law firm for over six years before we decided to start our own firm, which would allow us to focus our efforts on better cases and happier clients.
