About Us
I am a residential Realtor and work with buyers and sellers in Duval, St Johns, Clay and Nassau counties. I also assist clients who are relocating to the area for their job. I provide them with a tour of the city and help them make an informed decision about where they want to live. There are so many wonderful things about Jacksonville and the surrounding Beaches. I feel very fortunate to have grown up in Jacksonville Beach and still call it HOME!
How We Got Started
I have been a Realtor since November 2005. I continue to expand my expertise by attending real estate certification courses that help me become more knowledgeable about the real estate industry and better serve my clients. I have also obtained my FL Real Estate Broker's License.

Jack, I have been wanting to check into the cost of hiring a company for SEO services. I had no idea of the cost associated with SEO. Are you saying it is $1,000 to $3,000 per month??? Beverly

3D walkthroughs are so very helpful to buyers who are looking to purchase a home. It gives them a greater insight to the floor plan and interior amenities. My clients love that I have incorporated these videos into my marketing plan when listing a property. It helps it sell faster!
