Established in 2012, Heather's Houses is a full-service Home Staging Company based in Placer County. We provide vacant and occupied staging services and offer occupied consultations, written assessments, preferred vendor referrals, and color consults.
At H.H., We are adequately insured and dedicated to providing excellent quality services, so you can have peace of mind with partnering with us. We are a talented team of stagers, movers, and designers with the skills, experience, and resources to deliver measurable results. We serve the greater Sacramento and foothill regions and are active local real estate community members. We are PCAR & RESA members and Certificated Staging Pro's with an abundant inventory of on-trend furnishings and decor. Plus, a fleet of trucks enables quick turnarounds, and we are ready to serve you.

How We Got Started

After graduating with a BFA in Design, I pursued a career path that combined my love of Architecture and Design with my passion for service. I began working for a successful Real Estate Broker in Walnut Creek who became my mentor and loved staging immediately. I began taking my own clients after exclusively staging for my Mentor and never looked back! In 2012 Heather's Houses home staging was formed, and after 11 years in this crazy business, I feel blessed to love my work still every day!
