I have always answered to them that “if I can answer any questions please don’t hesitate to ask.” I always follow up with a email or phone call within the week with someone who asks for a quote on a project but still has not made a commitment to buy. I keep it simple in my response by asking again if they need any help with this project or something in the future and to contact me at their convenience (more)
