They are expensive so we normally dont pay for one under say $250,000 priced home but the fact is that people are looking online before they ever go out in their car. We should have excellent photos and on higher end, drone shots and 3D also helpful.
I sell lots of 1970s homes with single pane windows. If I change them for double pane, certainly the efficiency is “better”. No debate.
That said, more detail for buyer is always better and energy Survey is smart. Bu I don’t see a violation in my world.
