We have not used the Amazon Home Services but my experience with lead gen companies is that if you are brick and mortar business, your cost of doing business is higher than a company that works out of their truck and virtually has very little overhead. Then you factor in dealing with some customers who want nothing but the lowest possible price and not considering quality can cause more bad press than good.
