Blue Note Bakery was established in April of 2004 as a custom cake and pastry shop in South Austin by Angela Jiles, a decorated pastry chef with over 20 years of experience.Since opening its doors, Blue Note has been featured in numerous culinary publications including; Rachael Ray Magazine, Edible Austin, and Austin Monthly. As a Blue Note client you can expect the highest quality of service, an authentic design, and a great tasting product! Everything is made from scratch, including our famous Honey Jean's Fondant.
