I suggest you begin with the end in sight. Let yourself dream of a "perfect" business X years in the future.  Get as clear as possible on that "future perfect" then work backwards to today - to get to the future what do you need to do this year, next year etc. Hire an expert business consultant... Let yourself dream of a "perfect" business X years in the future.  Get as clear as possible on that "future perfect" then work backwards to today - to get to the future what do you need to do this year, next year etc. Hire an expert business consultant to set up your accounting, business structure, etc. so that it gets done correctly.

I use ScheduleOnce.  I like it because I set up rules about time breaks between meetings, length of lead time before someone can book, and each appointment is tentative until I accept it.  I could not operate without it. When I get a call from a potential coaching client I suggest that we meet and I'll coach them for an hour, no charge. If they see value added from that hour then I suggest we sign a contract, if not they've only lost an hour.
