The TriCounty SCORE provides free professional guidance and information to assist you in starting or growing your small business. SCORE mentors are on call to help you succeed. By offering free mentoring and regularly scheduled low cost workshops and seminars, our volunteer business professionals offer step-by-step information to help ensure your business success.
Hours of Operation: Every Thursday from 10 am until 12 pm mentors are available. Other times to meet with a mentor can be arranged by appointment.

Make time! It is important to make your employees a priority. And if you introduce a Review program, don't deviate from it because if you do, your staff will not take it or you seriously. For mid-manager reviews, I asked the staff who reported to them to offer comments (anonymously of course) and used it to compliment my perspective during the review. It proved that you take every employee seriously and when their turn comes, they will know that their voice matters. This allows everyone to be on the same page thus uniting the organization.
