Great question. This is weighing on most business owners. 

Your workers comp policy should take care of employees who get sick or hurt on the job. As far as general liability, some carriers have exclusions for disease. I would first make sure I place you in a carrier that has no exclusion for virus or disease.   If you are sued because a customer proved they got the virus at your business, your general liability will pay the claim if it is covered in your policy forms.
