We love people and value connecting with our community. If our products or services are not what a potential client is looking for, we enjoy recommending them to one of our neighboring farms or event venues.
Paul was a landscape architect and construction manager. Anna was the Executive Director of a nonprofit organization. They gardened every chance they got. One year a friend allowed them to grow a bigger garden on a their property. One thing led to another and Anna and Paul found themselves with more food than they could ever eat--hundreds of heads of lettuce, pounds and pounds of tomatoes. Another friend suggested a farm stand. They set up a little table, piled it high with vegetables, put up a few signs, and people came. Lots of people. At the farm stand on Saturday mornings neighbors met neighbors for the first time. Connections were made, friendships formed. Anna and Paul saw firsthand that farms build connection. They were hooked and never looked back. Now the couple devotes their lives fully to their farm and their children in Barnardsville, NC, and the farm gives to them abundantly.
