About Us

You know how some of the most powerful, intuitive and driven women in leadership seem to accidentally attract those who just want to use, abuse and gaslight us? It’s much more common than you think- and it s not your fault!!!

Many of us who find ourselves in that position are just on a mission to serve, heal and uplift others, and our hunger to help makes us vulnerable to those who want to feed off our energy and ability to get things done.

Well, I am a psychologist and breakthrough coach who nearly died after pairing up with one too many Toxic Narcissists! Thankfully, with the help of some amazing supporters, I discovered a way to not only ditch the Narcissist, but to return my Old Soul to the driver’s seat, and to reinvigorate the badass leader within.

My experiences became the foundation of the ROSE System for women who are ready to dive in and rediscover themselves and GET THEIR MOJO BACK, with the support of mentors and a tribe of women who know the journey well.

How We Got Started

After 25 years as a Trauma Psychologist, and 10 years into a dangerously toxic marriage, I was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma. It didn’t take me long to realize that the diagnosis was a gift- I could choose to die and permanently leave the Toxic Narcissist behind, or I could find a way to release the ties to him, uncover the anchors to my penchant for those who fed off my energy (he wasn’t the first!) and place my Old Soul back in the driver’s seat and begin again.

I opted for Door #2.

My journey led to the development of the ROSE System- to guide women back to themselves and away from those who soul-suck and use (and towards lives brimming with clarity, vision, presence and passion!).

And, because I'm ordained, I've had the pleasure of officiating the weddings of several of my clients.  After having been in the trenches, sometimes even wondering if a client would make it, to participate in one of the most joyful days of their lives is just miraculous!!!

It increases slightly the more practitioners to add. I have recently added the Square suite for online appointment scheduling and I’m aware that that  App can do much more but haven’t investigated that further. Just for the online scheduling I believe I pay about $20 a month. Hope that helps!

I'm told by digital marketers that if you are using YouTube to market your services, then providing new content at least twice per week is the only way to grow followers. As a cash pay clinician now, accessing new clients is what keeps everything running. I, too, think that the Psychology Today site is WELL-WORTH the small monthly fee. I also concur that when you do what you do well, people talk, so referrals often come from current and former clients. I have recently launched a new service and am now having to market to bring in clients for it, and have even received some coaching about how to better optimize my websites and profiles to attract more clients. It's a WHOLE new way of doing things!
