How We Got Started

From the beginning, Back2Front was conceived as a different kind of Web Site Company. Our company would perform as your complete outsourcing solution, managing your web site entirely from the back–end to the front–end (hence our name) just as your internal staff would do. We would provide fast, reliable, available service—but with more knowledge, experience, and dedicated web resources than you could possibly keep in–house, and at significantly less cost.

(more) When someone asks a question about our business I find the best response is to answer their original question in a straight forward way that they understand. When doing this, make sure that you're speaking the same language, ie. using the same type of terms that they used to make sure they intuitively "get" your response. A lot of times using language that is too technical will just overwhelm them and they will lose interest or feel embarrassed for not understanding the jargon being thrown at them. It isn't always wise to bring up extra information right away either. For example: We offer website services. If someone was asking me about our business, I'd tell them that we build and host websites. This is instead of saying we build and host websites, and offer extended SEO services that focus on organic strategies and custom integrations, etc. Unless they asked about our additional services, we don't want to come across as pushy! Finally, it's always good to have an elevator pitch/sales pitch ready if the chance to give it comes up. Having it ready to go is a great way to leave a potential client with a nice summary of what you offer. I hope this helps!

In these collaborations, companies are offering a "box" of their products all put together and sold with a common theme (for example: donuts from a bakery, coffee from a coffee shop, a book from a bookstore all promoted as a "A relaxing day of reading") . This kind of promotion / collaboration allows for a greater range of products / services being offered to prospective clients with lower overhead for the purchaser in terms of a simpler order process (1 order vs. 3), delivery costs and purchase risks.

For example: making it easier to find information, simplifying the process to make a request, etc.  Otherwise, the efforts to enhance the site can alienate core users and ultimately cause more harm than good to the website results.  We also suggest that iIf something cutting-edge or "flashy" is to be used, it's critical to make sure that it fails gracefully such that users with older browsers, unexpected technologies, accessibility limitations, etc. are still able to navigate your site and its contents efficiently.

Since I'm not in the medical field perhaps I don't recognize keywords / acronyms that others would.  Beyond that, we're in the field of web-management and I was interested in taking a look at what you've got so far for your site. I gave your home page a quick once over and see lots of promising work! With that in mind I do see areas for improvement both in terms of interface / design and content when it comes to consistency and clearly conveying your message.  Of course I'm not sure what degree of completion the page is at, so I may have been looking at it mid upgrade.  Happy to discuss if you'd like more detail :)

One thing to keep in mind - multiple keyword rich domain names pointing to a single site or different landing pages of a single site is a way that you can broaden your SEO efforts without confusing potential clients with multiple sites!

The tools it provides from presenters to control the room, and the recording functionality has been useful.

This is done without thought to the possibility of an opportunity for business for our company.  By taking this approach, we feel it helps the potential client see us as an ally in their search for the right service provider, rather than simply someone who is trying to sell them on choosing us.

With our service it's a necessity - either to respond to new customer requests that come in over the weekend hours, or to notify them about an existing request that has been completed.  (more) With our service it's a necessity - either to respond to new customer requests that come in over the weekend hours, or to notify them about an existing request that has been completed.
