I always call on ECHO home inspections. They are experts in the home inspection field. My home inspector would make a recommendation and guide my client.
I agree, you should have more than one licencened and insured professional roofing firm inspect and give their professional opinion and estimate. The roof inspection and an estimate are typically no charge when you hire that roofer. If you do not choose to hire that roofer, there may charge for their time.
