About Us

Essential Energy Healing offers holistic energy healing services, including Reiki and Quantum-Touch, to help clients balance their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. With a focus on self-healing, the practice provides both in-person and remote sessions to address issues like anxiety, stress, and physical pain, complementing traditional medical treatments.

How We Got Started

I got to know Reiki by chance in 2021. It healed my more than 20 years' back pain in about 10 minutes! That aroused my great interest in Reiki. So I took Reiki classes and received Reiki Master certificate. Then I got to know about Quantum Touch® by chance not very long after and took classes and received my Quantum Touch® practitioner certificate. So I started my energy healing practice in 2023. I love it as such a natural yet powerful modality. Also, energy healing not only improves physical health, but also improves mental health. As an energy healing beneficiary myself, I want to say: ENERGY HEALING HAS CHANGED MY LIFE!
