Hello! I have had a wonderfully diverse career in biomedical research. I have served the medical communities with regulatory compliance and research support to include protocol, documentation and training as needed to keep them successful in their endeavors. I have branched out to include other non-research sectors to expand on my knowledge and enable myself to serve a broader scope. I enjoy the diversity of teams from local to global, working with SME's to get the best results possible, and do those little "extras" that make a meeting or a training more memorable. Service-minded, excellence-driven, positive attitude, realistic goals.

I got started in the late 1990s when I was asked to help other research institutions with their compliance and training needs, while working at the National Institutes of Health. Being raised in this wonderful small town where helping others (service minded!) is deeply instilled, I used this to base my drive to help others in other sectors when I left research and come home. I have worked for other companies including hospitals, pharmaceutical, education, government, medical device and the private sector. I have learned that working in the variety of companies has given me the challenges to learn that I enjoy and the passion to help others that I desire.
