I started out training animals with a specialty in stereotypic behavior, counter training that training or training for specific procedures.  As this training evolved, the need for more train the trainer and handlers grew and onboarding programs necessitated my need to pull to move to the office and less in the animal spaces.  I went corporate for awhile, developing corporate and global training programs to develop and revise consistent training programs across global platforms, which was a challenging and yes FUN challenge for me. I loved the cultural diversity and embraced the learning needs as I had been accustomed to the variables for most of my career thus far in various capacities.
