How We Got Started
Wendy Goller combines her love for the real estate industry with her passion for people. She believes that owning Lowcountry property is one of the great privileges of life and considers sharing her knowledge and education – both with clients and other real estate agents – an important part of her role as a REALTOR® and a Broker in Charge. A lover of all things Lowcountry, Wendy lives on the marshes of the Beaufort River in Ladys Island, South Carolina with her husband Jim and their adorable dog, Gabe.

No Port Royal doesn't have a holiday stroll and neither does Beaufort. We have Night on the Town and First Friday, but those are for merchants. A tour that encourages walking thru areas where homes are highly decorated would be a great addition. We do have the carriage rides thru the historic...

And fall and holiday tours of certain homes.
Nippy's. Great shrimp tacos, fried shrimp all served in paper boats on a picnic table in a parking lot. Live entertainment weekends. A great little place. Wish it had never closed.

Sphere of influence has always been my best lead source. Referrals from friends are a key source for my sphere of influence. Also, highly successful are weekend open houses in heavy traffic areas. They always bring buyers and sellers(think neighbors). Building rapport is always key is acquiring...
