So you can try to take that approach, but sometimes you just have to help educate them so they have a better understanding. will find you hardly have to use it. In 20 years we have only had to
enforce it a few times but we always prevail. If you have Clients that
do not respond to demand letters or have invoices that are more than 90
days old. I would sugjest you check our our Small Claims page on our
website. We have a questions and answer page regarding small claims,
that will answer all your questions. We help Clients with the entire
Small Claims Court process. It's quick, cheep and quite effective.

A few of my friends ask this question when they interview people just to see the response they get. "If I had you checked out by a private investigator is there anything you would want to tell me about?" Most of the time we are just checking for criminal, civil or domestic cases in our background checks. However some Clients to request a full work up on subjects that can include all kinds of things. Some of the answers my friends tell me they get are crazy.
