Jon is an alumnus of several "white shoe" Wall Street law firms, for which he practiced in Washington, D.C., Frankfurt and London. He is admitted as an attorney in New York, New Jersey, the District of Columbia and numerous federal courts, and as a solicitor in England & Wales. Having tired of the "Big Law" life, Jon became a counsel for the International Finance Corporation (the private sector arm of the World Bank Group), before going off to teach international law at the University of Alabama School of Law for several years. He subsequently returned to New York and opened his solo practice.
